Mental health awareness has become an increasingly important topic over the past couple of years due the Covid-19 pandemic. Many individuals find it difficult to discuss their mental health. An individual’s mental health is a significant factor in maintaining their overall wellness. College students, specifically, face various hurdles and challenges that can affect their mental health. They have several responsibilities weighing on their shoulders which can lead to stress, depression and/or anxiety.
