This qualitative study aimed to address the gap in the research related to end-of-life counseling by exploring the experiences of counselors working with clients at end of life. While counseling literature and education are lacking regarding end of life, many counselors will work alongside clients approaching death. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the anxiety levels and career satisfaction of dentistry students. Methods: A total of 220 dentistry students were included in the study. A questionnaire was mailed to dentistry students at Trakya University between June 2021 and January 2022. Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) was used to evaluate anxiety levels. Data were analyzed, and p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. This conceptual overview offers a comprehensive overview of systemic pathways that negatively impact the mental health of Black Men throughout their lives. Our argument highlights the importance for counselors and mental health professionals to utilize a thorough social risk assessment that considers these pathways in order to effectively address the mental health needs of Black Men while fostering positive working relationships. This overview strongly advocates for the use of context and structural determinants when evaluating mental health symptoms. Without an appropriate understanding of social risk and determinants, counselors may inadvertently perpetuate disparities by decontextualizing symptomology, and reproducing racist discourse.

The number of National Health Insurance (JKN) participants receiving Contribution Assistance (PBI) in Tangerang City from regional funding continues to increase by around 8.85% per year. On the other hand, the number of JKN participants who are non-wage earners (PBPU) and non-workers (BP) who pay contributions independently has decreased by around 0.7% per year from 2017-2022. One of the implications of this phenomenon is that the regional budget to finance JKN contributions for PBI participants is much larger than the budget for other programs. The impact evaluation method of Propensity Score Matching (PSM) was employed to estimate the impact of health shock on Indonesian household consumption using data from Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS-5).
