Members of the healthcare industry have not fully understood organizational climate factors that enhance organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs). This lack of understanding can result in negative patient outcomes. The purpose of this cross-sectional quantitative study was to examine the relationships between organizational climate factors and OCBs of employees at hospitals via person-organization fit theory.
