PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) plans to implement full dematerialization of Equity Securities in the form of shares in the Capital Market as an effort to comply with the CPSS-IOSCO recommendation for a comprehensive dematerialization of Equity Securities in the Indonesian Capital Market. As stated in the Principles of Financial Market Institution (PFMI) principle 11 which states that “A CSD should maintain securities in an immobilized or dematerialized form for their transfer by book entry.
