Humanitarian societies in all their forms, social, political and educational, types seek to highlight the interest in people with disabilities because of the obstacles and challenges this category suffers from such as preventing them from fully enjoying their rights and freedoms which are stipulated in international treaties and national legislations, on the top of which the constitution for its highness and supremacy.
