This paper proposes and creates a novel method to resolve disputes between content creators, Vtubers, Professional Gamers, and streamers by utilizing a crowd based stepped dispute resolution system upheld and voted on by viewers, shareholders, and the streaming company: Twitch or YouTube. Although tech committees are increasingly being included in the functioning of the board of directors, a gap exists in the current literature on board committees, as it tends to focus on traditional board committees, such as nominating, auditing or remuneration ones. Therefore, this article performs an empirical analysis of tech committees adopted by North American and European listed companies in 2019 in terms of their composition, characteristics and functions. To better explain the weight an attorney, judge, arbitrator, or the public should have towards artificial intelligence and its utilization in the legal field, this paper reviews current AI publications in the litigation analytics field, historical examples, ethical considerations for analytics, and issues surrounding the accumulation of litigation data. Robots and other artificial intelligence-based technologies are increasingly outperforming humans in jobs previously thought safe from automation. This has led to growing concerns about the future of jobs, wages, economic equality, and government revenues. To address these issues, there have been multiple calls around the world to tax the robots. Although the concerns that have led to the recent robot tax proposals may be valid, this Article cautions against the use of a robot tax. The twenty-first century has brought significant technological advancement that permeates all aspects of our lives. The legal field, though slow in the adaption of this technology, is beginning to pick up the pace. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is used now to perform legal work once completed solely by legal practitioners. This Comment outlines what AI is and reviews the current use of AI in the legal field. It also identifies AI products and developments that are in place. Finally, it argues that lawyers will always be needed in the practice of law, despite the continued growth of AI.
