Introduction: By its nature the air pollution problem presents a suitable framework for an analysis of the concept of interest." Air pollution is a complex social and political problem as well as a complex scientific and technological one. This article will attempt to determine if the concept of interest is a concept through which satisfactory solutions to complex problems maybe derived.
