This article studies the legal regulation of cargo transportation by various modes of transportation, it is noted that international trade and the improvement of transportation technologies have greatly contributed to the growing popularity of multimodal transport, and although they are recognized as the transportation mode of the future, the legal framework governing this type of transportation has not been still formed.
