The Rome Statute and the Regulations of the International Criminal Court stipulate the very detailed contentious jurisdiction, but the Advisory Jurisdiction are not mentioned. Advisory jurisdiction, as the complement of the contentious jurisdiction, not only provides the other aspect support of legal basis for the settlement of international disputes, but also provides a new way of legal remedies for the statutory advisory qualified international organizations and other subjects of international law.
