This Article identifies the emergence of "global advocates" as an important force on the world legal stage. By definition and design, these global advocates operate in a professional “space” that is distinct from the jurisdiction in which they are licensed and stretches beyond the jurisdictional boundaries of any particular tribunal. They maneuver in the nooks and crannies, the overlap and the inconsistencies between legal systems. Legal arbitrage is a core feature of their daily practice, and perhaps one of their most essential professional skills.
