My paper, entitled The First Amendment Constitutional Implications of MySpace and Facebook, will explore what constitutional issues may arise through the use of social networking websites such as MySpace and Facebook. The paper will begin with an explanation of social networking websites; how such sites were developed, how many users each cite has, and how such sites work. The central focus of the paper will be on youth who use such sites.
