Three years have passed since the elaboration, on the initiative of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, of a new strategy of action for Soviet society - the acceleration of the country's social-economic development. Today this strategy is finding wide implementation in the policy of perestroika, the revolutionary renewal of society and profound changes in every sphere of its life - political, economical, social and spiritual.
