The history takes the form of a brief narrative, along with profiles of individuals who were influential to the school's early history. The history runs from the school’s founding to approximately the turn of the twentieth century.

Includes photocopies of photographs and newspaper articles related to the Law School. Also included are letters from relatives and friends of some of the people profiled, providing the author with details about those individuals
