Federal Legislation: Central AZ Project Settlement of 2004 - (Sec. 103) Parties: Tohono O'Odham Tribe & US Sets forth general permissible uses of the Central AZ Project (CAP), including for domestic, municipal, fish and wildlife, and industrial purposes.
