The Alien Law and Regulations published in Official Register No. 382 on December 30, 1977, contains the provisions in force pertinent to aliens. Aliens are defined therein as all individuals to whom the Constitution and other laws of the Republic of Ecuador does not grant Ecuadorian citizenship.
