Due to the recent influx of Muslims to the United States, many people want districts to set policies concerning whether or not the school should provide accommodations for religious practices, and if so, what steps should be taken. While some districts have no problem accommodating students' religious needs, others argue that accommodating one religion would require equal accommodations for all religions, which has potential to become overwhelming.
