REPLY BRIEF (READER, THIS IS THE RIDER TO THE APPELLANT BRIEF THAT WAS FILED ON JANUARY 11, 2011) Plaintiffs-Appellants ask the Seventh Circuit to consider other phenomena that they (Plaintiffs-Appellants) assert represent ballot access restrictions.
