Union grievances alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties for the Postal Operations Group (Non-Supervisory): Internal Mail Processing and Complementary Postal Services, which expires September 30, 1986 and in particular Article 31, in that the Employer notified the griever, Richard, that he was to be held responsible for a wicket shortage which occurred in his wicket credit in the amount of $188,84, and the grievor Clark that he was to be held responsible for a wicket shortage which occurred in his wicket credit in the amount of $37.36.
