Pennsylvania Lawyers Behaving Badly: Is 8.4(G) A Solution?, Ellen Brotman, Amy Coco

The article focuses on American Bar Association (ABA) adopted Model Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g), broadening the definition of attorney misconduct.
