La estructura general del Reglamento n° 2081/92 no ha sido objeto de ningún cambio sustancial en virtud del Reglamento n° 510/2006, que, además, conserva y mantiene la misma ‘filosofía’ en relación con el sistema de protección de las denominaciones e indicaciones protegidas a nivel comunitario84.
