License agreements and Digital Rights Management (DRM) technologies are common among content suppliers. DRM is the use of technological means to control digital content. Librarians need to understand the connection between copyright and contract, and the implications of fair use.

Rosch is just the resource. Two distinctive individuals have come together to create this useful tool. Levitt is no stranger to the legal research field being an attorney and former law librarian. Rosch is a marketing expert who certainly knows the Internet from his web developing skills.
