This case turns on the great import of protecting and preserving the best interests of children. There are two questions for this Court to determine: (1) the extent to which a parent’s right to travel should influence a custody determination, and (2) the extent to which one parent may avoid paying a share of childcare expenses by asserting an equitable defense of laches.
