This talk, given to a European trade association, describes the sanctions relief given by the US Government to Iran as part of the nuclear deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). It places this sanctions relief in historical context and flags the significance of ongoing sanctions for both US and non-US businesses.
