Speakers from Ukraine will address the nature and extent of the destruction to and looting of Ukraine’s cultural heritage. A representative of U.S./international law enforcement will address the leakage of looted material to the U.S. and international art markets and government efforts to interdict hot material. Representatives of U.S. auction houses and private galleries will address the KYC and AML procedures used by the private sector to avoid handling looted material.
