Traditional houses are not considered part of the scope of traditional cultural expressions. In the Copyright Law the explanation of the scope of traditional cultural expression does not cover traditional houses. The lack of public awareness in the protection of architectural works in Copyright also makes traditional houses seem to receive less attention as something that must be protected in terms of Intellectual Property Rights as an expression of traditional culture.
