In recent years many people would rather investing their capital into an outstanding bank , and buying companies debenture instead of to save their money and specified properties such as real states , therefore we see that some companies are bankrupted due to economy boomed and high taxation , this here it may be people capitals has ruined because of an unknown events so if they were not aware law it would be lost its money .
