There are many guarantees of using modern payment methods, especially the electronic card: whether before using it – the conditions of obtaining - or even when used. Which is mainly related to the intervention of the bank, who puts it at the disposal of its customers as a result of the relationship between them, and is obliged to guarantee the payment as a result of their use depending on the banking norms governing its dealing.
