This study aims to identify the severity of the difficulties faced by teachers of the lower basic stage in teaching English in the shadow of the Corona pandemic in Ain AlBasha District, according to the estimates of its teachers, over the period between 2021 and 2022, and also aimed to identify the extent of statistically significant differences in the level of The severity of the difficulties is attributed to the variables of gender (male, female) or age, according to the responses of mathematics teachers for the lower basic stage in Ain AlBasha District.

Primarily due to their convenience, online search engines such as Google and Bing are becoming a central location for obtaining information. As a result, societies give search engines tremendous control over the spread of information to the public. Through a highschoollevel sample lesson plan, the article was written to promote dialogue with teachers on the importance of teaching the intricacies of search engines. The sample lesson plan begins with fundamental knowledge on the functionality of search engines with emphasis on algorithms. Let’S Talk: An Examination Of Parental Involvement As A Predictor Of Stem Achievement In Math For High School Girls, Nicol R. Howard, Keith E. Howard, Randy T. Busse, Christine Hunt

This research was conducted to examine the influence of parental involvement, in the form of parent conversations, on mathematics achievement for high school girls. Data from the High School Longitudinal Study of 2009 (HSLS:09) publicuse file provided a sample of 13,694 students, including 6,592 girls for our analyses. A scale for measuring parent conversations was developed and regression analyses were conducted to examine whether this scale variable predicted mathematics achievement. Results indicated that conversational parental involvement was a significant predictor of mathematics achievement for Black and White girls, but not Hispanic and Asian. The purpose of this hermeneutic phenomenological study was to describe how students experience success in mathematics remediation at a fouryear private institution in the central United States. Success in a remedial mathematics course was defined as one’s completion of a required remedial mathematics course having earned an overall grade of 90% or higher. The theories guiding this study were achievement goal theory and expectancyvalue theory grounded in Bandura’s social cognitive theory. The purpose of this quasiexperimental, nonequivalent controlgroup comparison study is to examine the impact the Desmos graphing calculator has on the problemsolving confidence of middle school and high school students as compared to students who use a TI83 Plus graphing calculator while controlling for students’ math achievement scores. The purpose of this instrumental case study was to describe math perception and avoidance for ministerial undergraduate students at a small, private Bible college in upstate New York. In the research, math avoidance was generally defined as the participants’ perception of math, their delay in completing a creditbearing math course until their senior year or not at all, and their own learning or degree completion as a result. Mathematics is considered a universal language for students. However, now common core standards require students to explain their conceptual understanding through words, numbers, and verbal explanations. Student proficiency in the universal language is impeded when they do not speak the primary language. The purpose of this quantitative, causalcomparative study was to compare the effect elementary music and visual arts lessons had on third through sixth grade standardized mathematics test scores. Inferential statistics were used to compare the differences between test scores of students who took inschool, elementary, music instruction during the same semester state standardized mathematics tests were administered and those who took inschool, elementary visual arts instruction during the same semester standardized mathematics tests were administered. Many U.S. students do not perform well on mathematics assessments with respect to algebra topics such as linear functions, a buildingblock for other functions. Poor achievement of U.S. middle school students in this topic is a problem.
U.S. eighth graders have had average mathematics scores on international comparison tests such as Third International Mathematics Science Study, later known as Trends in Mathematics and Science Study, (TIMSS)1995, 99, 03, while Singapore students have had highest average scores. The mathematical skills students learn from kindergarten through eighth grade are the foundational skills upon which all higher level mathematics courses build. It is highly beneficial that students master previous mathematics concepts, applications, and skills, prior to learning algebra and other higher level mathematical courses. Mastering elementary and middle level mathematics before learning algebra increases students’ chances for success when taking an algebra course. Since the installment of the No Child Left Behind Act, schools have sought strategies to help students meet these academic requirements. Many middle schools have turned to math remediation classes as a way to improve students' achievement scores. The purpose of this quantitative causalcomparative study was to explore the relationship of the mathematics remediation class as an intervention strategy to help low performing seventh grade students' achievement on the Georgia CriterionReferenced Competency Test. Highstakes testing has become crucial in public education, requiring students to meet increasingly higher standards, regardless of their ability levels. This causalcomparative study sought to determine the effectiveness of an intervention mathematics course in the middle school setting for atrisk, sixth grade students. The Georgia Criterion Referenced Competency Test (CRCT) math scores of 143 atrisk students enrolled in a remediation mathematics course were compared to scores from a control population of 143 atrisk students who did not participate in the class. The aim of this study is to examine the attitudes of 36 elementary school teachers towards the inclusion of students with learning disabilities in Mathematics in mainstream classes. The research related to three aspects: teachers’ knowledge of learning disabilities, teachers’ perceptions of the physical inclusion of these students, teachers’ perceptions of their responsibility towards the curricular inclusion of students with learning disabilities and towards curricular adaptations. Findings indicate that teachers’ knowledge of the topic is partial, whereas teachers’ attitudes towards inclusion are positive with regard to the three aspects of the research.
