In our country, special attention is paid to the formation and gradual improvement of the foundations of a market economy, first of all, the legal framework. In particular, in order to ensure the efficient functioning of the financial market of our country, the securities market is developing rapidly. This article examines the role of real sector enterprises in the country's economy, the state of their financing through securities.
