The study investigated the utilization of media managerial tools and electronic library in adult literacy centres as a strategy for curbing COVID-19 pandemic in Enugu State, Nigeria. Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. The population of the study was four hundred and sixty-five (465) adult literacy facilitators in Enugu State while the sample size of 325 facilitators in Enugu State, was adopted as the respondents. The study was guided with three (3) research Questions and (1) hypothesis.
