Among the approaches to increasing the quality of education is a focus on the performance improvement of individuals relative to important job responsibilities, competencies, and outcomes. The purpose of this study was to identify valid, reliable, and discriminating performance evaluation items for district level curriculum administrators;A 54-item evaluation questionnaire was created based on a review of literature that included the roles of curriculum administrators and the characteristics of effective school districts.
