This research study investigated the relationship between technostress creators (techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, techno-invasion, techno-overload, and techno-uncertainty) and faculty perceptions of student cheating in online classes. Data were collected from faculty members of the Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (MOBTS), a member of the AACSB Business Education Alliance, the American Society of Business and Behavioral Sciences (ASBBS), an interdisciplinary professional organization comprised of faculty teaching in accounting, finance, management, marketing, organizational behavior, and computer information systems, and other research panels during 2021 (N = 94). It is believed that forced compliance with unfamiliar and even unpreferred modes of behavior can have a profound and lasting impact on people’s attitudes and opinions toward the behavior itself because of first-hand exposure and experience. The popularity of short-messaging formats, like text and chat, is on the rise in the workplace with many employees preferring this style over long-form options like email. While many businesses expect employees to communicate using short messages, students may be ill-equipped to effectively use these methods due to a lack of formal training. This study sets out to understand students’ experience, confidence, and education related to professional short messaging. Results indicate a correlation between confidence and experience levels in writing text and chat messages. Research Aims: The current research aims to analyse (1) the direct interrelationships of higher education institutions' (HEIs) reputation, student satisfaction, and student loyalty; (2) the mediating effect of student satisfaction on the relationship between HEI reputation and student loyalty; and (3) the moderating role of HEI type (private HEI [PHEI], state university/college [SUC], local university/college [LUC]) on the links between HEI reputation and student satisfaction, HEI reputation and student loyalty, and student satisfaction and loyalty.

Design/Methodology/Approach: All hypothesised relationships were analysed using partial least squares – structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM).

Because higher education creates more informed individuals, healthier citizens, social prestige, job satisfaction, and numerous other non-economic benefits, it is important that all members of society have opportunities for successful educational achievement. Using data for undergraduate students enrolled in a business college of a large Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI), this study documents the existence of an unadjusted GPA gap between White students and ethnic minority students. This study also shows that the unadjusted GPA gaps decrease when socio-economic indicators are introduced in the analysis. The results of this study will help form guidelines for developing students’ capacities for learning in authentic workplace settings to better prepare them to be effective and efficient in their chosen careers. This phenomenological study examined factors influencing practice-based learning and how participants learned from their practice. Six fourth-year students majoring in sports science who had recently returned from their internships took part in this study. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The study aimed to identify the degree of perceived organizational support (POS) of faculty members and their commitment to academic accreditation (CTAA). Then, it explores the effect of POS on CTAA, gender, nationality, and administrative positions on them. Participants included a convenient sample of 221 faculty members from Sultan Qaboos University in Oman. Data analysis included measures of central tendency and structural equation modeling to conduct confirmatory factor analysis and build regression models. This article presents data, precedent, and empirical evidence relevant to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proposal to issue a new rule to exclude graduate assistants and other student employees from coverage under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). The analysis in three parts. First, the authors show through an analysis of information from other federal agencies that the adoption of the proposed NLRB rule would exclude over 81,000 graduate assistants on private campuses from the right to unionize and engage in collective bargaining. We conducted a survey to assess learning outcomes from two groups of undergraduate students: business majors and information technology (IT) majors. SAP ERP hands-on case studies were used for this comparative experiment.
