The work shows that irrigation of wheat on irrigated meadow soil with an irrigation rate of 800-1000 m3 /ha with water of various salinity did not lead to significant changes in the soil-absorbing complex. The sum of cations after three years of irrigation with water of various salinity remains virtually unchanged. But there is a tendency to increase the amount of absorbed sodium, which did not lead, to the state of alkalized of irrigated soils.
