The current article represents the analysis of figurative language usage including literary devices simile, metaphor, and hyperbole in description of the word, language and speech ethics in the works of great poet Alisher Navoi. The principle objective of this research work is to analyze the degree of translation of literary devices and comparing the lingua stylistic peculiarities of the source and target language. This work is of a research nature. The author set herself the goal of analyzing the original text of the novel by Charles Dickens for the purpose of studying the author's techniques for the embodiment of irony and sarcasm in this work. The author expresses the assumption (hypothesis) that the mechanisms of transmission of irony in the novel are much more diverse than the dictionary interpretation of the trope "irony" suggests, and aims to show that this circumstance enhances the emotional impact on the reader of the book.
