Global Business Strategy is a complex and multifaceted subject which is challenging to teach to undergraduate students because of their lack of real-world work experience and the requirement to adopt an international perspective in all thought processes and activities. The purpose of this article is to present a semester-long teaching approach that is based on the assumption that global strategy content and behavioural skills must be simultaneously addressed when teaching the subject.
