Nonprofit Connection is a new 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, serving as a volunteer hub, linking nonprofit ideas, organizations, and resources, located in Santa Cruz County. Nonprofit Connection supports collaboration, organizational success, and aims to assist as a liaison in the process of delivering services to people in need. The problem with a newly established non-profit organization is the nonexistence of structure. This project addresses the problem by providing written volunteer procedures regarding the required duties of each volunteer position, yearly evaluation forms to determine the quality of work, and NPC policies on ethics, professional conduct, and legal guidelines that require …
