In this paper, we describe an innovative pedagogy using Rapid Digital Game Creation (RDGC) for learning CT skills. RDGC involves the rapid building of digital games with high-level software that requires little or no programming knowledge. This research is conducted to explore the determinants of accuracy in decision making and usage of Decision Making Tools (DMT) among managers in Malaysia. Based on the literature review, DMT have been effectively used in forecasting, analysing and evaluating business risks. 193 sets of questionnaire were distributed to prove the objectives and the hypotheses of this study. Results revealed that information accessibility influences accuracy in decision making. While, time pressure, behaviour of decision makers and DMT have weak relationship in influencing the accuracy in decision making. Lastly, recommendations on the usage of DMT have also been discussed in this research.

This paper presents a model for applying revenue management to on-demand IT services. The multinomial logit model is used to describe customer choice over multiple classes with different service-level agreements (SLAs). A nonlinear programming model is provided to determine the optimal price or service level for each class. Through a numerical analysis, we examine the impacts of system capacity and customer waiting incentives on the service provider’s profit and pricing strategies.

This paper aims to investigate if the Chinese economic ties with Sub Saharan Africa serve as a substitute for this existing European-African relationship. Three types of economic activities are studied to determine a possible substitution effect: 1) trade (imports and exports) 2) foreign direct investment (FDI) flows; and 3) development aid from China and the European Union towards six African countries. Because natural resources, especially oil, appear to be a driver for Sino-African trade this study focuses on oil-importing and oil-exporting African countries. A survey among 650 undergraduate students in Asian countries, including Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand, showed that student's entrepreneurial intentions and the determining factors varied from country to country. Generally, self-efficacy, environmental factors, age, and gender were found to have significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions among Asian students. However, the model could only explain 25.5% total variance of entrepreneurial intentions. it is expected that results of this research can give insights for government and universities to formulate policies and programs to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit among students.
