Intention plays a very important role to measure one’s willingness to pursue entrepreneurship as a career. Previous researchers have differed about various antecedents that impact the entrepreneurial intention to start a business. Entrepreneurship education (EE) assumes to play an important role in shaping traits and attitudes of an entrepreneur, contrary to the “entrepreneurs are born” school of thought. We use the Individual entrepreneurship orientation (IEO) construct as developed by Boltan and Lane (2011) to measure its impact on the intention levels of students. There is a growing body of literature which recognises the strategic importance of middle managers (Westney, 1990, Kanter, 1982, Balogun, 2003, Balogun et al., 2011, Tippmann et al., 2013). Through enactment of strategic activities, middle managers influence how strategy develops in organisations (Aherne et al., 2014). Floyd and Wooldridge (1992) developed a model of upward and downward strategic activity which has been the basis for much of the research on middle managers. El té de Yacón (Smallanthus sonchifolius Poep. Z& Endl) H. Robinsón, se preparo por primera vez en Japón hace aproximadamente una década. El Yacón, es una Ateraceae originaria de la región Andina, encontrándose desde Colombia hasta el norte de la Argentina. Es una planta utilizada por las culturas antepasadas como una fruta refrescante o alimento bajo en caloría. Sus raíces están compuestas mayormente por agua (85 a 90%). El 40 al 70% de su peso seco está en forma de fructooligosacáridos (FOS), azúcares especiales con efectos favorables para la salud humana. Los FOS han sido estudiados debido a su alto …
