PNG Tollways, a special purpose vehicle of L&T Infrastructure Development Project Ltd, Ashoka Buildcon and SBI Macquarie, has served a project termination notice on the Maharashtra government due to operational problem caused by locals and politicians. Further, it is dissatisfied with the compensation offered by the State for the losses incurred by the developer due to non-collection of toll at the Nashik plaza.
