A hypothetical scenario is presented for consideration as a case study on both delivery logistics cost controls and ethical issues. Set in a regional medical supply company in the fictitious country, Costaguana, the actor needs to first unpack a supply chain issue as related to setting up a system to create cost savings to fund a non-government/non-profit organization. The delivery logistics with an established supplier for the company is explained in detail along with intra- and inter-company logistics’ relationships. This project focuses on how Millennials (born between the early 1980s and early 2000s) perceive and value the implicit leadership traits of managers in today’s business environment. The goal is to show that millennials perceive several implicit leadership traits such as Relationship-Oriented Leadership, Trust, Knowledge Demonstration, and Individualism as favorable while perceiving Justice Orientation and Confrontation as traits that bear negative consequences for job effectiveness and satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the probability that faculty will publish in the top journals in their respective fields, and if the probability of publishing in those top journals is equally likely across accounting, finance, and management disciplines. To address these questions we collected data from the top journals on the ABDC Journal list for the years 2013-2014. This study examines best practices in hiring related to the recruitment and selection process in English-speaking countries with an Anglo-Saxon heritage. Since such countries share a similar cultural backgrounds and histories, best practices are likely to be somewhat similar. Studies of best practices were examined in the following countries: United States of America, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. After looking at commonalities across “best practices” studies, the current investigation presents a common set of such practices in terms of usage.

Given the propensity of brand equity to act as a good information resource and performance evaluation system for market-oriented universities, the current study proposes that market orientation is positively correlated with brand equity in an academic institution where brand equity is operationalized by four dimensions: perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association, and brand loyalty. This study used open ended interviews to investigate brand equity concept in an educational environment. This method was designed to get individual observations of brand equity from the leaders of colleges and schools.
