This study aims to identify the practical procedures for moving an establishment to a new or additional headquarters through a case study on the Zakat House in the State of Kuwait ,the technical needs for equipment and automatic linking of buildings to enable business continuity and clarify the role of senior management to supervise the implementation of procedures by forming committees and work teams and providing budget.
