Working from the Los Alamos National Laboratory's model of the natural gas pipeline system and electric power grid for the Tampa Bay region, this report estimates the economic impacts of specified outage areas in the seven-county Tampa Bay region, comparing results gathered using the REMI and IMPLAN methods.
