The efficient utilization of manpower is one of the primary concerns of the management of automobile dealerships in controlling expanses and increasing, profits, The purpose of this paper is (1) to present an analysis of manpower efficiency, in general, in automotive dealerships within the limits of General Motors Corporation, and (2) to examine and appraise manpower efficiency in small town dealership.
