The purpose of this study is to understand University of New Hampshire (UNH) students’ opinions about Employee Volunteer Program (EVP), especially what value they place upon EVP and what they are looking for in an ideal EVP. Based on the background and context of EVP among Millennials recently, the paper raises questions about EVP’s value to students generally and how factors like past volunteering experience, gender, and occupation/majors impact students’ valuation of EVP.
