This study stresses the importance of the availability of data and relevant statistics in the advancement of tourism knowledge and the enhancement of visitor experiences (pre-and post-experiences) for those particularly interested in visiting sacred sites, as well as its study. The construction and property sectors in Ireland have undergone significant change over the past decade. From a period of sustained growth in output and employment to a recession returning to the current period of expansion. The purpose of this paper is to analyse how performance management (PM) has evolved to its current presence in Ireland as a sophisticated management tool. This paper will focus on intercultural and cross-cultural PM, its communication and training in the process in Ireland. This paper will examine its practice in the Irish private and public sectors and will also analyse a study on low-skilled employment of predominately migrant labour in Dublin. This article examines a collaboration between the Irish and Hindi film industries, adopting the production of Kabir Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger (2012) in Dublin as a case study. It critically narrates the arc of the film’s production, foregrounding the intersecting concerns of Yash Raj Films and Irish creative and cultural institutions. Ek Tha Tiger represents Ireland through constructed idyllic images which proved to be successful in attracting tourists. The Property Registration Authority is the state organisation tasked with maintaining a register of land ownership on the island of Ireland.
