The college athletic recruiting process is one cluttered with many different factors. Studies have analyzed institutional and social factors impacting a prospective student-athletes’ recruitment process. However, little research has explored recruiting from an athlete’s perspective on how they make their college decision. This study aimed to investigate the most influential factors in a Division III student-athlete’s college decision based on the college recruiting process. For a team to be successful, coaches and players need to have a good relationship. Without this relationship there can be tension within the team that hinders success. The many factors that impact the formation of these relationships depend on both the coach and the athlete. From the data it shows that the athletes that were part of the sample, their motivation and other factors were affected by the poor relationships that were built. If there can be information on what affects the relationship, future coaches and athletic directors can use this information to their advantage.

The purpose of this research was to determine how Minor League Baseball (MiLB) player ability to live on different MiLB salaries change from city to city. This research set out to discover if the salaries made by MiLB player’s during the 2016 season was sufficient enough to cover the cost of living in each MiLB city. The purpose of this paper was to examine what products ski resorts offered and to what degree they were marketed. The ski resort industry, as a whole, has been strongly affected by climate change (Dyer & Mote, 2006). Snow coverage has significantly decreased, especially in areas such as the Rocky Mountains and Midwest United States (Pickering, 2006).
