This collection consists of materials spanning 1941-1947 and includes business records and correspondence of the Central of Georgia Railway Company as well as detailed reports of employees’ United States military service during World War II. These reports include employee military records, interviews conducted by Central of Georgia Railway Company of veteran employees, and letters expressing their gratitude for their service in the war. This collection consists of materials relating to author and gemologist Percy H. Perkins. Materials span 1923 to 1985, and consist of architecture drawings for various significant buildings in southeast Georgia, including a six room schoolhouse in Claxton, GA, Pembroke State Bank, the Stadium & Athletic Field for Morris Brown College, the Women's Dormitory School for Officers’ Training at The Salvation Army Headquarters, Bacon County Elementary School, Claxton High School, and Evans County Training School.

This collection was assembled by John A. Frazier of Bulloch County, Georgia. Materials span 1789-1973 and consist of records, mostly letters and deeds, once belonging to families allied to the Frazier family of Washington County, Georgia--particularly the Harman & Brown families, with special focus on Lucy H. Harman and Morgan Brown. Materials also include various court orders; receipts; promissory notes; land plats; genealogical records; certificates; additional correspondence and accounts.

The collection consists of the Charles E. Cone Realty Company records from 1926 to 1957 the bulk of which cover the post-war period under ownership of Robert Moore Benson. Materials include correspondence, real estate agreements, plats, and maps of Statesboro, Georgia. Additional documents pertaining to the Charles E. Cone Insurance Company and the Benson Insurance Company are also included which contain information about rates, community committees, and soil conservation regions.
