This study seeks to determine the relationship between organizational justice (OJ) and organizational citizenship behavior (OSB) among local administration’s employees through the five-factor model consisting of altruism, courtesy, conscientiousness, civic virtue, and sportsmanship. In order to achieve the study’s objectives, two scales have been adopted, namely organizational justice and organizationa citizenship behavior. This study addresses the relationship between the organizational justice (OJ) and organizational citizenship behavior (OSB) among the local administration’s employees through the five-factor model: altruism, courtesy, conscience, civic virtue, and sportsmanship.
