Abstract
The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) added Division II men’s golf in 1963. Since then, teams in the South/Southeast (S/SE) NCAA Region have been dominant, with the last nine of 11 national champions from schools in Florida. What are the pragmatic factors that make a top 50 nationally ranked team or an elite team in the top 25? This study had 14 head coaches of nationally ranked teams (or previous national rank) and included three former national champions in the participant sample. Neurodiverse individuals have long been viewed negatively, particularly in the workplace. Many recruiters or hiring managers have never considered the benefits that hiring a neurodiverse candidate could bring to their organization, rather looking at the additional costs of accommodation. The results of analyzing several case studies show that companies who incorporate neurodiverse candidates into their labor pool have seen increased productivity, creativity, process innovation, and cost reductions. Clearfield Inc is a manufacturer and distributor of telecommunication equipment, mainly Fiber. The firm is headquartered in Brooklyn Park, MN with an office and manufacturing plant. Additionally, Clearfield has operations in both Mexico and Finland. The firm provides work for approximately 407 full-time employees and is owned by 277 shareholders.
A thorough analysis of the Company using a benchmark, Cambium Networks Corp, showed that Clearfield Inc is a high-growth firm, with the most recent sales growth of around 90%, with expectations of more growth and expansion. Qualitative characteristics and historical financial statements point to great overall past and future performance.

The goal of this project was to create a desktop GUI (Graphical User Interface) application that would manage a user’s media backlog. To do this, the user provides the amount of time they want to spend watching either a show or movie and fills in other optional criteria, such as genre, director, actors, and more. From there, the app returns recommendations based on the search criteria. The backlog of items is provided by the user via a simple search-by-title functionality. In my valuation model I gathered Otter Tail Corporation’s financial statements, historical and industry data, public information and ratio analysis from Mergent Online, Yahoo Finance and Otter Tail Corporation’s 2018 annual report. I discount the expected free cash flows at the WACC and estimate that Otter Tail Corporation’s stock is price is at USD 56.36 per share as of November 1st, 2019, given the small difference between my estimated price per share and the current price per share in the market, and consistent with the EV/EBITDA multiple, I recommend a HOLD on the stock of the company.

The goals and objectives of this financial report are to value the common stock of Ford Motor Company and provide a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold. Quantitative and qualitative data about Ford Motor Company, its competitors, and the markets it operates in were analyzed for this report. A discounted cash flow model was used to forecast future free cash flows. The model estimated Ford’s common stock to be fairly valued at USD 9.81 per share. This is slightly higher than the current price of $9.41 and a hold recommendation is made.

Nuvera Communications competes in a highly competitive, innovative, and volatile industry which may explain why earnings and price per share may fluctuate from year to year for some companies.
