The paper aims to augment good corporate governance as a whole with the efficiency and effectiveness of system dynamics via a system dynamics model. The majority of study of corporate governance focus on financial issue, ownership, agency theory etc. rather than analyzing the relation of all aspects associated to corporate governance system as a whole.
